These patients should only use the device under supervision of a medical professional. 1. Pre-event Patients   i. Patients with high risk scores on CVD (e.g. ESC SCORE card)     - Diabetes   - Hypertension   - Hypercholesterolemia   - Obesity   - Smoking etc.   ii. Patients with complaints of suspected cardiac origin     - Dizziness   - Palpitations   - Chest / arm pain   - Shortness of breath     2. Post-event Patients   i. Patients with transient or paroxysmal events of     - Brady and Tachycardia   - Atrial Fibrillation (AF)   - Arrhythmia   - Syncope   ii. Patients after medical cardiac intervention     - Checking frequency of AF and Arrhythmia   - Checking severity of AF and Arrhythmia   iii. Patients on medication     - Medication tolerance   - Medication efficacy   - Medication compliance     3.
