How
do I adjust the sensitivity of my Omron pedometer?
Attach the pedometer correctly and walk 100 steps. If
the reading is 105 steps or more, slide the ADJ. Switch
to the - (minus) direction. If the reading is 95 steps
or less, slide the ADJ. Switch to the + (plus) direction.

Is
there a correct way to position the Omron pedometer?
Correct positioning includes attaching the unit to your
belt or the top of your shorts or pants. The unit must
be horizontal to the ground in order for the unit to
function correctly. The case should be closed during
use, and opened only to view readings. |

What's
the accuracy rate of the Omron pedometer?
The accuracy of pedometers is within +/- 5%. |

Why
can’t I leave the cover open while using my Omron
pedometer?
The unit will not count steps when the case is opened.
